Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Revio ("Revio", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Contact
For privacy questions, support, deletion requests, or other inquiries, contact us at: ad.k9studio@gmail.com.
2. Summary
Revio is a photo editing and AI enhancement app. The App may access photos you choose from your library, photos you take with the camera, and edited images you save.
Some features run on your device. Some AI features may require cloud processing, where an optimized copy of the selected image is uploaded to Firebase Cloud Functions and/or fal.ai so the requested result can be generated.
We do not sell your photos. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers may process uploaded images according to their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Information We Collect
Photos and image data
When you choose, capture, edit, enhance, upload, or save a photo, the App processes the image data needed for the selected feature.
Photo thumbnails, albums, and selected full-resolution images are accessed only after you grant permission where iOS requires it. The App displays and processes photos so you can choose and edit them.
When a cloud AI feature is used, the App may upload an optimized copy of the selected image and related processing settings, such as model type, enhancement mode, or image URL, to cloud services.
App activity and diagnostics
We may collect app activity and diagnostic data, including:
- app launches;
- screen views;
- feature usage events;
- selected processing mode;
- processing status and errors;
- crash logs;
- non-fatal error reports;
- app version, build number, bundle identifier, installation ID, and session ID;
- timestamps and service status information.
This data helps us understand feature usage, find bugs, prevent abuse, improve performance, and keep the App stable.
Purchases
If you purchase or restore Revio Pro, Apple processes the transaction. We may receive purchase status, product identifier, entitlement status, and related App Store transaction information needed to unlock or restore Pro features.
We do not receive your full payment card number or full Apple ID credentials.
Advertising and tracking-related information
The free version of the App may display ads or use ad-supported flows. If advertising SDKs or ad measurement are enabled, the App may process identifiers, ad interaction data, device information, and usage events for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement.
On iOS, advertising and measurement may use Google Mobile Ads, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the Identifier for Advertisers when authorized, and related privacy controls available in iOS settings.
Contact information
If you contact us by email, we collect your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include so we can respond and provide support.
4. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request these iOS permissions:
- Camera: to take a new photo for editing or enhancement;
- Photo library: to let you choose photos and display recent images where iOS requires permission;
- Notifications: to send optional app updates, offers, or feature notifications if you opt in;
- Network access: to process cloud AI tasks, download AI models, use Firebase services, restore purchases, load store information, show ads, and operate the App.
You can change permissions in iOS Settings. If you disable a permission, related features may not work.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide photo editing, AI enhancement, background removal, colorization, restore, retouch, and save features;
- process selected photos locally or through cloud services when needed;
- display before and after results;
- maintain Pro purchase status and restore purchases;

6. Cloud AI Processing
Some AI features may upload an optimized copy of your selected image to cloud services. The App uses Firebase Cloud Functions to proxy AI requests and may use fal.ai models for features such as enhancement, face restoration, portrait retouching, and background removal.
Cloud processing may involve:
- uploading the selected image or optimized image file;
- creating a temporary image URL;
- sending the URL and processing settings to an AI model;
- checking processing status;
- downloading or displaying the processed result.
Cloud processing is used only to provide the feature you requested, troubleshoot processing errors, keep the service secure, and operate the App.

Generated files from AI providers may remain available for a limited time and may later be deleted.
Analytics, crash logs, session data, purchase entitlement data, and support emails may be retained as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
10. Security
