Delete Account and Data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Revio app account and associated app data. Revio is published by the developer listed on the App Store listing for the App.
Delete in the iOS app
- Open Revio on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
After confirmation, Revio deletes your app account and clears local session/cache data on the device.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your Revio account or include enough information for us to verify the account.

What is deleted
- Your Revio app account profile, sign-in identity, and synced profile data controlled by Revio;
- Synced template history, favorites, and app usage records associated with your Revio account where applicable;
- Server-side data associated with your account that is not required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or billing compliance.
What may remain
- App Store purchase and subscription records are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Support emails and deletion request records may be retained as needed to process the request, prevent abuse, comply with law, or document completion.
- Aggregated analytics, crash logs, security logs, or de-identified operational data may remain if they no longer identify your account.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify that you control the account.
