Terms of Use

Effective date: May 29, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Revio ("Revio", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Contact

For support, legal questions, or account and privacy requests, contact us at: ad.k9studio@gmail.com.

2. What Revio Does

Revio is a photo editing and AI enhancement app. Depending on the version and availability of services, the App may let you:

Some AI features may run on your device. Other AI features may require an internet connection and may upload an optimized copy of the selected image to cloud processing services so the requested effect can be created.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country or region. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old, or under the minimum age required by local law.

4. Your Photos and Content

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you select, capture, edit, upload, or save through the App ("User Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your User Content only as needed to provide App features, including generating AI results, saving edits, troubleshooting, security, and operating the service.

You are responsible for your User Content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to edit, upload, process, and save any content you use in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

6. AI Results

AI and image processing results may vary. Revio may improve, alter, blur, distort, remove, recolor, or otherwise change parts of a photo. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, realistic, suitable for professional use, or free of errors.

You are responsible for reviewing results before saving, sharing, publishing, or using them. Do not rely on the App for identity verification, legal evidence, medical, biometric, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.

7. Cloud Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide the App, we may use third-party services such as:

When a feature requires cloud AI processing, an optimized copy of the selected image may be uploaded through Firebase Cloud Functions and/or fal.ai. Third-party providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. In-App Purchases and Revio Pro

Revio may offer Pro auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions through the App Store. Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple, not directly by us.

Unless otherwise stated in the App Store purchase sheet, Pro may unlock unlimited use, remove ads, and provide access to advanced or higher-quality features.

Prices, taxes, currency, payment methods, refunds, purchase confirmation, renewal, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Apple and may vary by country or region. We do not receive your full payment card details. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the selected subscription renews automatically and your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions, request refunds, and restore eligible purchases through your Apple ID, the App Store, or the App's Restore Purchase button.

All purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the App Store terms and any standard end-user license agreement that applies to apps distributed through the App Store, unless a custom license is provided.

9. Ads and Advertising

The free version of the App may include ads or ad-supported flows. Pro may remove ads where stated.

If advertising features are enabled, the App may use Google Mobile Ads, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, the Identifier for Advertisers when authorized, and related privacy controls available in iOS settings.

10. Permissions

The App may request:

You can manage device permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work if you deny required permissions.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including AI models, free quotas, Pro features, ads, supported languages, and cloud processing availability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as updating the effective date or showing notice in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, permanent storage of images, or that any AI result will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of photos, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will be limited to the amount you paid us through the App for the relevant purchase, or USD 50 if no purchase was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for us or others, or used the App unlawfully.

Sections that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's place of business, unless your local consumer protection law requires a different rule.

16. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information when you use Revio.
